Hello everyone! Welcome to Whitehall Drive- one of the most desirable streets in the east end!
We have decided to create a website for our rental to make it easier for prespective tenants! Please if you have any questions feel free to e-mail us (whitehallrental [at] hotmail.com) as we check it frequently.
We currently have available a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement (yes it is a basement- I am not going to brush over this fact as most landlords might.....) apartment. This isn't your average basement, its very bright (multiple large windows,) there is no 'musty basement smell', and there are high ceilings. It is a separate unit with your own entrance covered by a carport. It will be available for rent starting September 15, 2010. (Let us know what works best for you though, we are very accommodating!) It is very large and spacious and is undergoing extensive renovations. The price for this all inclusive rental is $750/month and it includes EVERYTHING (even your own PVR with ALL of the channels you could ever need and high speed wireless internet!) We own the house and live on the main floor.

Facts/Fine Print
- We are looking for a mature, quiet, responsible tenant(s) to rent our apartment.
- Open to a student who meets the above criteria.
- Due to an allergy we are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets (cats, dogs, etc.)
- No smoking in the house, although there is a carport you can smoke in (if you are a smoker)
- First and Last is REQUIRED as it protects us as landlords
- Excellent credit, employment & references required
- We will provide a reference to you (if desired) from our previous tenant! (You deserve to have mature, responsible landlords!)
- *Willing to rent to a couple, although the price will reflect the additional person
We don't want to scare you off with all of this 'fine print' we just want to be upfront. If you don't feel like something seems right or you are hesitating because of one of these items please let us know and we can hopefully work around it.

- Our names are Megan & Justin :)
- We are in our mid 20's
- Megan is a full time student at UWO and works part time in the reconstruction/restoration industry
- Justin works full time in the reconstruction/restoration industry
- We enjoy watching movies, listening to music, computers, swimming (we have a pool), video games, etc.
- We are a quiet couple (we don't have loud 'out of control' parties) although we might have a get together with a few people now and then
- We are VERY easy going, approachable and respectful people and genuinely care about the tenants that we rent to.
