Apartment Available as early as June 1, 2011!

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to update everyone that the apartment will be available to rent beginning as early as June 1, 2011! The current occupant is leaving at the end of May so now is your chance! It will take a bit of time to turn over, so depending on when the occupant leaves you could be moving in anywhere between June 1, 2011- July 1, 2011!

We currently have available a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom basement (yes it is a basement- I am not going to brush over this fact as most landlords might.....) apartment. It is a separate unit with your own entrance covered by a carport. It will be available for rent starting September 15, 2010. (Let us know what works best for you though, we are very accommodating!)   • No smoking in the house, although there is a carport you can smoke in (if you are a smoker)
  • First and Last is REQUIRED as it protects us as landlords
  • Excellent credit, employment & references required
  • We will provide a reference to you (if desired) from our previous tenant! (You deserve to have mature, responsible landlords!)
  • *Willing to rent to a couple, although the price will reflect the additional person

We don't want to scare you off with all of this 'fine print' we just want to be upfront. If you don't feel like something seems right or you are hesitating because of one of these items please let us know and we can hopefully work around it.

This is us!

  • Our names are Megan & Justin :)
  • We are in our mid 20's
  • Megan is a full time student at UWO and works part time in the reconstruction/restoration industry
  • Justin works full time in the reconstruction/restoration industry
  • We enjoy watching movies, listening to music, computers, swimming (we have a pool), video games, etc.
  • We are a quiet couple (we don't have loud 'out of control' parties) although we might have a get together with a few people now and then
  • We are VERY easy going, approachable and respectful people and genuinely care about the tenants that we rent to.
